Processing Time: All orders are handmade with love in my home studio and ship within 3–7 business days.

Shipping: Sticker orders are mailed in rigid, protective mailers with tracking for U.S. orders only.
International shipping isn’t available at this time.

Order Changes: Need to update your order? No worries! Please email me at hello@cutiiestar.com within 12 hours of placing your order, and I’ll do my best to help.

Damages & Issues: Please take a moment to check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out right away so I can make it right.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, after that window, I’m unable to accept claims.
